Classic style Cabernet. Selected bunches of grapes were chosen and the wine aged in French oak for 12 months. Robust but harmonious with blackcurrants and black cherries dominating the palate. Subtle black pepper spice on the finish. Great with hard cheeses and Sunday Roast.
