Wythall Estate Sparkling Rose

The colour of crushed strawberries, with persistent small bubbles. On the nose - redcurrants and rose water, with some lees character coming through. A gentle, soft mousse. Light, fresh and fruity with strawberries and redcurrants; nice freshness leading to a dry finish with good length.
