The Coolship 2020 is considered by Wild Beer Co to be the pinnacle of their wild and barrel-aged beer programme. Produced using wild-fermentation beers (from their coolship) to develop a complex beer, with a great depth of spice, citrus notes and hints of stone fruit. Eight different brews are blended to create a depth of flavour, with layers of interest which wouldn't be possible with a single beer from a single barrel. A beer with superb ageing potential, it is equally as approachable in its youth.
