Villa Wolf Dornfelder

Dornfelder is Germany's most popular red wine. Most common in good table wine, it generally produces wines with low alcohol and bright fruit. This is no exception - super easy drinking, no oak is used and a fast fermentation encouraged in order to maximise the juiciness of the red fruit, with a hint of bramble fruits underneath for depth. Just a tiny hint of sweetness makes this a perfect summer sunshine wine, and it's also delightful with less full-flavoured cheeses.
