Domaine des Pampres d'Or Cremant de Bourgogne

A classic example of fine Crement de Bourgogne - the elegance and finesse of a Blanc de Blancs from Champagne, but at a fraction of the price. This particular wine is predominantly Chardonnay, leading to a vibrancy in the glass, with floral aromatics and clean, lemon zest notes on the palate. The extended ageing on the lees provides a depth of flavour, with classic biscuity notes usually associated with vintage Champers.

From the producer: Bright gold color with green reflections. Numerous and fine bubbles. Very fine nose with floral and citrus notes. Good continuity in the mouth, well balanced. Very aromatic, a lot of finesse. Very good persistence.
