M. Ventenac Coup de Sang

A lovely wine which displays the character of both Cabernets. Sauvignon brings deeply fruited notes, full of blackcurrant and hints of chocolate, whilst the Franc adds a hint of freshness with savoury spice and green bell pepper. Nicely structured, but typically approachable for a Languedoc wine.
