Tocco Colline Pecorino

The wine has a bright straw yellow colour. The scents are consist ent with predominant floral notes and mineral and herbal notes. The taste is soft , fresh, rich and balanced. As with all good Pecorino wines (named for the shape of the grape bunches, which are reminscent of the pecorino sheep's tails).

The vineyards are managed organically, with only natural fertilisers and no chemical treatments - this, combined with a hyper-reductive winemaking technique, brings maximum varietal character to the wiines of Enisio Tocco.
