The Norfolk PX - English Whisky Company

The English Whisky Co mature some of their single malt whiskies in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks. These casks still have some nectar left in the barrel when they ship - a beautiful rich dark sherry, too lovely to leave behind. After arriving at the St. George’s Distillery, they add some of their superb single malt tand leave it in the casks to continue maturing. We believe that the resulting drink is a wonderful wine, that makes a superb drink for many occasions. Simon especially recommends this straight from the fridge, yummo!
