Shoot Room Founder’s Reserve Claret

A wondeful Bordeaux Superieur from a family owned winery in Saint Emilion. Whilst the fruit comes from the Entre-deux-Mers region of Bordeaux, the family's roots in the considerably more prestigious appellation shines through.

This Merlot dominated wine has lovely plum aromas which pull through onto a palate full of dark fruit, hints of cassis and fine, soft tannins, whilst the dash of Cabernet Franc brings some classic claret pencil shavings into the mix. For the price, it would be quite a challenge to find a better quality Bordeaux. Approachable and nicely balanced, this can be drunk immediately. This wine is so good, in-fact, that we've put our own name on it (move over Berry Bros, we've got Good Ordinary Claret licked with this one...)
