Saint Lannes Prelude d'Hiver

A great value dessert wine produced by our favourite Gascon winery. A late-harvest wine (Vendages Tardive, for those with a love of Alsace stickies), produced from Gros Manseng. A fine balance between sugar and acidity make this a perfect choice with patŽ and summery, fruity desserts. The wine is a sustained yellow colour with greenish reflections and an intense nose with mixed aromas of candied fruit and hints of honey which follow through onto the palate.
