A world first - a double-spiced, organic rum! With this exceptionally smooth, organic dark rum, the team from British Polo Gin have made use of their experience of gin production to get deep, complex and balanced spice flavours. The both infuse the spices in the liquid (the traditional method of making spiced rum), and also add some through vapour infusion - a common practice to extract more delicate flavours in gin production. The result is a soft, intense rum, which has more nuanced and delicate flavours peaking through from underneath. Delicious, sustainably made, and local! What's not to like?
