Montes Limited Selection Leyda Valley Sauvignon Blanc

From one of the New World's premier Sauvignon Blanc growing regions, the Leyda Valley. Characteristics are similar to the wines of Marlborough, with a pre-fermentation cold-soak really amping up those deliciously magnetic tropical fruit notes that have made the grape a crowd favourite around the world!

The wine is pale yellow in colour with green hues. On the nose, there are fresh and elegant aromas of passion fruit and pineapple, together with green bell pepper and orange blossom. The palate is juicy and refreshing with layers of vibrant yellow grapefruit and mineral notes culminating in a long finish.
