Mezzogiorno Rosato

A superb summer aperitif! Salmon pink in colour - not quite as pale as the super-trendy wines of Provence, but we don't always have to follow the trends! It's bone dry, with a bright nose with hints of raspberry and strawberry. The palate leads with a flinty minerality (which really is on trend), with further hints of red fruit, crunchy apple and pear, along with a little lemondrop. A touch of herbaceousness helps to round out the palate with a fresh, clean finish.
