Mackmyra Moment Ledin Single Malt Whisky

Finished in barrels which previously held Sauternes, this special edition from Mackmyra was produced in collaboration with Swedish musician Thomas Ledin. The old Sauternes caks added a wonderful depth of flavour, with a hint of honeyed, almost fudge like sweetness.

Fruity with slightly oily notes followed by toasted oak, vanilla, smooth herbs and berries towards the end. The aftertaste is long with notes of spicy herbs, toasted oak, honey, vanilla and berries.
