Lowerland Vaalkameel Colombard

Bear with me... one of wine's most unfashionable grapes, from a region in S.Afr. known for grapes good enough only for brandy. BUT!!! This is really quite exceptional. Rich and creamy in the mouth (from old French oak), it retains lightness and freshness from peach blossom, apple and pear.

If you love great quality white Burdundy (think of a wonderfully rounded Meursault), you must try this!
