Dandelion Vineyards 'Lion's Tooth of McLaren Vale' Shiraz

A deep red wine, this is a great example of using white grapes to add lift to rich, heady reds - a common practice in Chateauneuf du Pape and beyond. Blueberries, damsons and stewed plums & raspberries with hints of oak spice are typical Shiraz, brightened by the addition of Riesling.
