Levantine Gin

A delightful gin from the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv. A selection of local botanicals, including lemon peel, verbena, chamomile and black pepper are bought from local markets and macerated for a full 48 hours in a malted barley base spirit which is produced from scratch at the distillery (M&H is probably best known as Israel's first ever whisky distillery). Following the maceration, the gin undergoes a third distillation, ensuring the ultimate smoothness.
