A very good, sensibly priced Pouilly-Fume from Pascal Jolivet's 8ha in the appellation. The wine has a vibrant, pale yellow colour with restrained aromas of citrus, apple and flint. It is precise and layered with clean, driving acidity, elegance and finesse. The flint is predominant on the palate, producing a classical 'minerality' which has great length and is lifted by hints of lemon zest for depth. (93pts James Suckling)
