Gusbourne Blanc de Noirs

The Blanc de Noirs, is a more muscular fizz made from the finest parcels of Pinot Noir in the Gusbourne vineyards. The wine is aged for a minimum of twenty seven months on lees and six months on cork before it is deemed ready for release.
