Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs

Gusbourne's flagship, the Blanc de Blancs is made using hand selected Chardonnay (mostly Burgundian clones). The wine is aged for a minimum of 42 months on lees and six months on cork before it is deemed ready for release. Linear, pure and mineral-driven.
