Mino & Co Grower's Touch Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark, deep and brooding to look at, with a deep purple tint. Lush briary fruits of blackberry & blackcurrant partner with plum, clove & sweet spice on the nose. On the palate that dark fruit shines through: blackberry, blackcurrant & rich plum and damson are complemented by soft notes of French oak. With soft fruit, relatively low acidity and supple tannins this is eminently drinkable, but will stand up nicely to hearty cuts of meat and intense mushroom dishes.
