Gianluca Colombo NU Vino Rosso (1L)

NU is produced as a blend of all of the Gianluca Colombo estate vineyards. Blended after fermentation, it is aged for a short one to two month period in big cask of Austrian oak and other two months in steel. It is always bottled the weeks before Easter. Produced for the everyday drink it combines all of the quality of the different wines produced. With a blend of the traditional Piedmontese varietals (Barbera, Dolcetto and a little Nebbiolo) plus Pinot Noir, the wine is always fresh and pleasant with soft red and black fruits to the fore. Perfect for any occasion - but especially when you've got friends round, as this comes in a 1 litre bottle.
