Domaine Foivos Nautilus 'Aged Under Water'

A wine of excellent purity and freshness. This has been aided by a unique approach to ageing, whereby the wines is aged in a tank submerged under water in the winery, helping to ensure consistent temperatre alongisde a lack of light and oxygen, promoting an intensity of aroma and fruit.

A bone-dry and intriguing wine with a heady mix of iodine freshness, exotic fresh fruit, melon, dried pear and bergamot. Mouth-wateringly fresh on the palate with plenty of tension on the long finish.
