Erigone Rubin

A crossing of Syrah and Nebbiolo, I find great similarities between the Rubin grape and great Sangiovese. Full bodied with robust red cherry and pomegranate flavours, with a succulent and juicy, deep palate. Great accompaniment to all sorts of hard strong cheeses and grilled meats.
