Domaine Oudart 'OU' Rose

A wonderful rose from the Loire Valley produced with Gamay grapes. Don't let the colour fool you, this is a fashionably dry rose; however, the slightly extended skin contact has filled out the flavour profile and given the wine more character and body than most rose on the market today - making it a perfect accompaniment to summer salads (Chicken Caesar and this wine are more perfect for each other than... well, I was trying to think of a perfect celebrity couple, but none work quite as well as Chicken Caesar Salad and Oudart Rose...)
