Once called Sylvia's Stout, in recognition that it was the first beer brewed on 'Sylvia', Corinium's 80 litres brew kit (which has since been replaced by Silas, their third brewhouse, coming in at 320 litres). The beer would later become Centurion Stout (or Stout Centurion!) and made up one of the breweries three debut beers.
