Using hops the brewers first encountered first hand in the USA, this IPA is a tribute to Snake River Brewing Company and their Pako's Eye Pale Ale - which Colin and Lucy discovered in 2011, sowing the seed of Corinium Ales. Since its first brew, Ale Caesar has been a firm favourite and held its ground in the ever evolving hoppy arena.
