Chapoutier Mathilde Cotes du Rhone

A wonderful combination of Syrah and Grenache from the garrigue scrublands of the Rhone Valley. With no sulphite additions, and fermentation in concrete to emphasis the fruit and terroir. Lovely red fruit adds brightness to a palate which is full of damson and bramble fruit, hints of liquorice and a wonderful whisp of smoke and cured meat. Delicious!

No added sulphites.
