Champagne Dumenil Grande Reserve 1er Cru NV

Superb value, grower Champagne, made with grapes sources from Premier Cru vineyards.

Their house cuvée is an equal blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Using over 20 years old reserved wines and aged for 3 years on its lees. Every year, the perpetual reserve is enriched with wines from the latest harvest, so the final blend offers more breadth, depth, substance and complexity. Delicate aromas of white flowers with notes of apple, pear and apricot. Seductive with a very fine mousse and brioche flavours on the palate.

This independent Champagne House was founded in 1874 and has remained in the family for 5 generations. All their vineyards are Premier Cru located in the typical chalk soil of the Montagne de Reims. Only the first and best juice is used for all their cuvées.
