Benevolent Neglect Submerged Cap Ribolla Gialla

I've stuck my neck out with this one. A weird and wonderful skin-contact white wine made from random Italian varietal by a Napa legend in the making. Unlike most 'orange' wine though, this is balanced and refined - fresh lemon sherbert and pear drops mingle with almond and acacia.
