Baron de Badassiere IGP Cotes de Thau Syrah

A real crow-pleasing red wine from southern France. Has all the typical dark fruit and hints of spice one would expect of Syrah, but in a slightly softer package. Supple fruit, the hints of baking spice add roundness to the dark fruit, all lifted by some welcome freshness. Easy drinker.
