Produced by Albert Ahrens, one of South Africa's legends of Chenin Blanc. After stints in Priorat, the Rhone and Champagne, he returned home to produce terroir driven wines. The Bottelary is one of his foremost examples - from cool vinyards, producing floral aromatics and great acidity.
