We’re delighted to be collaborating with Cirencester’s most exciting new restaurant, Sam & Jak. Set just off the Market Place on Cricklade Street, this duo of local chefs successfully turned the Upton Firehouse near Burford into a destination eating spot and have now set their sights on producing fresh, delicious food back in their hometown. They’re not unknowns to Cirencester’s casual fine dining scene, having both worked with Bob Parkinson during his much vaunted time at Made by Bob.

On arrival, you’ll receive a Negroni Cocktail (there will also be a ‘Mocktail’ option for those who would prefer to save themselves wholly for the wines). Then we shall move onto the main event - five courses, each paired with a hand picked wine, chosen to pair beautifully with each individual dish.

I’m not going to lie… since their opening at the end of last year, I have spent far too many lunch-times in Sam & Jak’s restaurant. Every meal has been excellent, but I am especially in love with the Iberico Presa (thank me later)
