Veuve Chapelle Brut Cuvee Close NV
Some unusual bubbles here. Produced in the Loire using Airen - a Spanish grape which is ideal for sparkling wine production given its relatively high acidity - it then undergoes the Charmat method of carbonation used most notably in Prosecco. This produces a fun, wallet-friendly fizz which is perfect for any occasion! Pale gold with fine bubbles, delicate floral aromas with pineapple and white fruit notes, refreshing crip and delicate.
